What is the main difference between the Solo Producer and Business plans?
The Solo Producer plan is designed specifically for an individual agent managing their own licenses and appointments. The Business Entity plan is built for teams, including agencies, brokers, MGAs, FMOs, TPAs, carriers and other insurance distribution channels. It includes all the features of the Solo Producer plan plus advanced tools for managing multiple producers, such as producer onboarding, role-based permissions, CE tracking, and downlining – a hierarchical overview of your distribution network.
What is Agenzee Assist and how is it different from the Business plan?
Agenzee Assist is our premium, white-glove service for organizations that want to take compliance completely off their plate. While the Business plan provides the software to manage your team's compliance, Agenzee Assist adds a dedicated compliance manager who does the work for you. This includes proactively handling license application + renewals, tracking CE requirements, monitoring carrier appointments, and more.
Can a solo producer use the Business plan?
If your insurance company already uses Agenzee, you might be able to get free access through their Business plan. Check with your company’s licensing administrator to see if your company uses Agenzee and if you qualify for free access.
Our agency is small. Should we invest in the Business plan or Agenzee Assist?
