A producer database is a compilation of data on individuals and businesses that sell insurance products. The National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) is one example of a PDB.
The PDB includes data from external databases such as the Regulatory Information Retrieval System (RIRS) to provide a more comprehensive producer profile.

Agenzee updates license data at least once a day. Agenzee acquires data updated from NIPR every night between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

You cannot change your address or contact information within an application. To update individual licensee address, phone, and email data, submit a request via the Contact Change Request (CCR) tool. It takes 3-5 days to process a change made through CCR. Learn more about contact change requests.

Yes. The non-resident licenses will expire along with the expiration of your resident license.
Yes, we offer bulk upload capabilities for adding agents. Just make sure their NPNs are separated if you decide to add them in bulk.
