Each licensee must complete a total of 24 hours of continuing education every two years.
The renewal period is biennial, occurring every two years.
License renewal must be completed by the last day of the licensee's birth month.
The license renewal year is determined by the licensee's year of birth.
Continuing education credits must be fulfilled prior to the license expiration date.
The state sends a CE reminder 90 days prior to the licensee's birth month.
