FAQs

Licenses in Rhode Island require completion of CE every 2 years before the last day of the licensee’s birth month. Track your exact renewal date and CE credits via the License Manager or on the NIPR website. The Rhode Island Department of SBS Search Tool can help you find CE providers.

Rhode Island offers a 30-day grace period to renew individual producer licenses without paying a late fee. After the grace period, the licensee must reinstate the license and pay the reinstatement fee of $170 for residents/$180 for non-residents.

We like the clean, modern look of the system, as well as the dashboard, ability to give admins access to only certain areas, onboarding, packages and the resource library.
