FAQs

Licenses in North Carolina are perpetual and do not require renewal; however, licensees must complete the required Continuing Education every two years by the last day of their birth month to maintain an active license. All CE must be completed at least 60 days before the license expiration cycle.

If a licensee misses the CE renewal deadline, a grace period of 4-months allows time for a late completion after paying a fee of $75. Failing to complete CE requirements within 4 months results in license inactivation. The licensee will have to restart the licensing process as a new applicant.

We like the clean, modern look of the system, as well as the dashboard, ability to give admins access to only certain areas, onboarding, packages and the resource library.
