Position Overview

Agenzee seeks a Content Marketing Manager who bridges the critical intersection of content strategy and insurance compliance expertise. This unique role requires a professional who can transform complex regulatory topics—including insurance licensing, carrier appointments, and compliance frameworks—into compelling, accessible content across multiple channels while ensuring all materials meet stringent industry standards.

This position serves as both a content strategist, subject matter expert and producer of content, ensuring Agenzee’s thought leadership resonates with insurance professionals while maintaining unwavering adherence to NAIC, NIPR, and state regulatory requirements. The role directly impacts brand credibility, sales enablement, customer education, and market positioning in a highly regulated industry.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with CEO, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Compliance teams to ensure content accuracy and strategic alignment.

A. Regulatory Compliance & Subject Matter Expertise (15%)

  • Serve as the internal authority on insurance licensing compliance, NAIC regulations, NIPR standards, and state-specific requirements
  • Review and approve all marketing materials for regulatory compliance before publication
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry updates from NAIC, NIPR, state departments of insurance, and industry organizations
  • Collaborate with Licensing Administrator and Sr. Marketing Manager to ensure content accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Develop compliance guidelines and best practices for content creation across all channels

B. Content Strategy & Development (65%)

  • Website Content: Create long-form blog posts, resource guides explaining insurance licensing concepts
  • Thought Leadership: Develop whitepapers, e-books and research-backed content establishing Agenzee as an industry authority
  • Social Media: Plan and execute social media calendar with compliant, engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Sales Enablement: Produce case studies, ROI calculators, buying guides, workflow templates, and executive summaries for high-profile prospects
  • Customer Education: Write help articles, knowledge base content, customer email campaigns and support documentation
  • Events, Webinars & Videos: Develop video and webinar content, presentation decks, and promotional materials
  • Email Marketing: Create nurture sequences, newsletters, and targeted campaign content
  • Press & PR: Draft press releases, company announcements, and media materials

C. Content Planning & Management (10%)

  • Develop and maintain editorial calendar aligned with business objectives, product launches, and industry events
  • Coordinate content production timelines across multiple stakeholders and channels
  • Manage content workflow from ideation through publication and promotion
  • Optimize content for SEO and AI Search while maintaining compliance standards
  • Track content performance metrics and provide regular reporting on engagement, conversion, and ROI

D. Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)

  • Partner with Product teams to translate technical features into customer benefits
  • Work with Sales to understand prospect objections and create addressing content
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify common questions and pain points
  • Support demand generation campaigns with targeted content assets
  • Coordinate with design and development teams for content production

Technical Skills:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities across formats and channels
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
  • Proficiency in SEO/AI Search best practices and content optimization
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing and sales enablement strategies is a plus
  • Understanding of compliance review processes in regulated industries
