When do I need to renew my Washington insurance license?
Licenses require renewal and completion of CE every 2 years. Renew your license anytime from 90 days before the expiration date (the last day of the licensee’s birth month).
What if I miss the Washington insurance license renewal deadline?
If a licensee fails to complete CE requirements, a licensee has a 60–day grace period to complete a late renewal after fulfilling CE requirements and paying a late renewal fee. From 61 days to one year, the licensee can reinstate the license for an additional fee.
