Oklahoma requires annual appointment renewals for insurance producers, limited lines insurance producers, title agents, motor service clubs, and managing general agents. The renewal period began on November 25, 2024, and will close at 4:00 PM CST on December 31, 2024. Appointments not renewed by this deadline will be canceled automatically.

Renewal Fees: Each appointment renewal costs $30. NIPR also charges a processing fee of 1% of the total state fee, with a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $1,000.
